These packages can be tailored for various events such as, but not limited to:
Wedding Receptions, Cocktail Hours, Corporate Luncheons, Banquets, Reunions, Quinceaneras, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthday Celebrations and more.
Our Private Dining Series is designed to generate an elegant in-home culinary experience. Each course will be prepared, cooked and presented on sight. Our goal is to craft the ambience of fine dining in your home for you and your guest. This service is for 2 through 20 guest.

Pans to Go
You do not have to have a catered event to enjoy our most popular dishes. We have several Pasta and Cajun Entree dishes that can be made in
Half Pans (10 servings) or Full Pans (25 servings).
Catering Service Options
DELIVERY: FOOD ONLY. Your menu selections will be delivered to the desired destination. This options does not include set up, cutlery/ dinnerware nor servers.
$20 Price may increase for mileage
DELIVERY & SET UP: Your menu selections will be delivered to the desired destination and set up in a manner that is applicable to the items selected. Serving utensils and needed cutlery or dinnerware will be provided and the equipment will be picked up at the end of the event. This option allows includes linens for food tables, if applicable. No Servers.
FULL SERVICE: Full service will provide you with servers for your event. Servers will serve, replenish, clean and perform all other applicable duties needed for your event. We will also manage portion control of the food being consumed.
The service fee is
20% of the total bill. (The Minimum Full Service fee is $200)
(NEW) INCIDENTAL FEE: An incidental fee of $250 will be collected with the final payment for all on-sight catered events. Upon incident, portions or all, if applicable, of the incidental fee will be withheld. Upon the conclusion of your event, if no listed incidents occur or apply, the $250 incidental fee will be fully refunded.
Step 1 (Consultation): Contact us so that we can converse about the important details and specific needs of your event. From here, we can make suggestions as to the type of menu you would like to have or you can browse our site and menu then give us your selections. A downloadable pdf form of the menu is available in the menu section.
Step 2 (Proposal): Once you have chosen your menu, we will generate a proposal outlining, in detail, the cost and all aspects of your services.
Step 3 (Contract): Once you approve the proposal, we will generate a contract and give all payment/ deposit details.
Step 4 (Booking): An event is considered booked when we receive your signed contract and 50% deposit of your total bill.
We accept All Major Credit Cards, Cash, Cashier's Checks, Corporate Checks, Money Orders, QuickPay/ Zelle, PayPal.
We DO NOT accept personal checks.
